CARLIN is a leading planning and environmental consultancy based in Belfast, N.Ireland. We work throughout Ireland and the UK with a strong network of local partners to deliver significant projects for our clients.

Established in 2019, our professional team brings over 15 years’ experience working in collaboration with private clients, public sector bodies, government departments and communities to deliver positive outcomes, innovative place-making solutions and create value for all project stakeholders.

Regeneration strategy requires a range of skills including planning, property analysis, economics and a wide range of technical disciplines and our team brings this diverse skill set to each project.

Environmental Planning

Unlike other planning companies, CARLIN Planning have the in-house capabilities to offer our clients Ecological Services. There are very few projects which don’t require some level of environmental input at the planning stage.

Our Ecological Consultancy was established in 2023 to meet the growing needs of our clients and to provide a more comprehensive business offering. It has since gone from strength to strength, and we currently have several large projects which have benefited from this in-house service.
