UBAN PLANNER (ALL LEVELS)

Since our establishment in early 2019, CARLIN has grown from strength to strength, building an impressive portfolio of projects and clients across the island of Ireland. From Cork, Donegal, Monaghan, and Cavan in ROI to diverse, multi-sector projects in Northern Ireland, our work is as varied as it is exciting.
Through work with Belfast City Council and acting Strategic Planning Advisors for the Department for Communities we lead on complex, impactful projects like regeneration strategies and development studies, often requiring robust stakeholder and community engagement.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage applications and coordinate sub-consultants.
- Offer sound planning advice on projects of all scales.
- Undertake comprehensive community and stakeholder engagement.
- Developing innovative stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Develop your ArcGIS and mapping skills.
- Work closely with architects, clients, and our team to drive the company’s expansion.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Working towards or already a member of RTPI / IPI.
- Private sector and/or ROI experience is highly valued.
- Strong project management skills and ambition to grow with us.
