Forensic Science Northern Ireland (FSNI) are proposing a new building to provide office and laboratory accommodation at the Seapark Complex, 151a Belfast Road, Carrickfergus. This development is a further phase of the Locard Building completed in 2015 and will consist of office and laboratory accommodation.
