The delivery of development or urban regeneration projects often requires engagement and buy-in from a wide range of stakeholders, and our team have developed and refined the necessary skills to successfully engage with all people involved in each project – clients, communities, elected representatives, statutory bodies and local businesses. 

We prepare the Engagement Strategy as early as possible and tailor it to the nature, scale and complexity of the project. We have developed bespoke approaches and methods of engagement for different stages in the project life-cycle, whether it be early in the project planning stage or part of the statutory consultation for major planning applications.
