Park House, Great Victoria Street, Belfast

Carlin Planning have gained approval for the Park House, ‘Healthworks’ healthcare hub, located on Great Victoria St, Belfast.

The proposals will complement the wider Belfast objectives contained within the Belfast Agenda and other strategic plans and documents in making Belfast a better place to live, work and visit.

The projects will transform healthcare access in the inner-city area. The state-of-the-art facility will provide a range of essential services, including GP practices, specilaist care, pharmacies an occupational health services, all under one roof.

The development is not just a win for the healthcare sector, but also for Belfast’s growing urban population and will provide essential community infrastructure in order for the city’s population to grow and reach its ambitious population objectives.
