Carlin is working closely with our Client to progress plans to convert an office building on Great Victoria Street in Belfast to provide for a healthcare hub. The proposals are at early stage, however include for a change of use and external alterations.
The proposals seek to complement the wider Belfast objectives contained within the Belfast Agenda and other strategic plans and documents in making Belfast a better place to live, work and visit.
The proposals, which are currently entering Pre-Application Discussion (PAD) stage, will provide for a key service amenity for existing and future residents within Belfast City Centre.
