Ballyclare Petrol Filling Station

Carlin has successfully submitted a planning application to redevelop the existing petrol station on the site in Ballyclare Co Antrim, with provision of a 2-storey building to house two hot food bars and one restaurant.

The redeveloped petrol station will also have provision for 25 car parking spaces, shared between the filling station, existing retail units and the proposed hot food and restaurant units.

The proposal will improve access and circulation from the existing petrol filling station and will enhance the wider Ballyclare area which has been had little investment in recent years. The addition of other uses will attract footfall in the evening and weekends, improving the feasibility of the site and providing significant social, economic and environmental benefits to the area.
