St Louis Grammar School, Kilkeel

Carlin has been commissioned by Hamilton Architects to provide planning advice to the Education Authority on a range of options for the potential refurbishment or redevelopment of St. Louis Grammar School in Kilkeel. The scheme is part of the Department of Education’s Capital Works Projects.

The preliminary planning appraisal was carried out as a desk-based assessment with a review of the relevant planning and environmental considerations, as well as identifying any potential constraints would need further consideration in any future planning application.

Carlin alongside Hamilton Architects are currently engaging with Newry, Mourne and Down Council and statutory consultees through Pre-Application Discussions.
