Housing Development Scheme, Ballynahinch

Carlin successfully received full planning permission for a housing development scheme in Ballynahinch, County Down, creating 5 modern and stylish residential dwellings accessed of the protected Belfast Road on the edge of the town centre. The plot of land lay vacant for many years and was a visual blight on the local landscape when entering the town.

The development scheme has provided for the redevelopment of a brownfield site, the provision of family sized housing, enhanced the attractiveness of the key entrance to Ballynahinch town centre and improvement to the townscape through regeneration of the site. The proposals will bring families within touching distance of the many key facilities and amenities that Ballynahinch has to offer.
