Residential Healthcare Hub, Saintfield Road, Castlereagh

Carlin have submitted a planning application on behalf of 40/40 Healthcare for a Residential Healthcare Hub on the Saintfield Road, Castlereagh. The proposal reflects the change in modern residential care with greater one-to-one care and greater circulation throughout the buildings than would be the case in traditional care homes.

The design creates identifiable and significant buildings that positively add to the streetscape along the Saintfield Road. Reflecting the modernised standards and the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, the proposal seeks to address many of the issues traditionally associated with care homes.
