Carlin has recently been commissioned to provide several preliminary planning assessments for wind turbines in Northern Ireland.

This preliminary planning assessment was a desk-based study of the site location and surroundings, the planning history, environmental considerations, topography of site, built heritage, natural heritage, trees and landscape features and the existing access arrangements.
