Carlin has successfully received planning permission for the conversation of a former Lidl Store in to an office space and ancillary warehousing. The client, Irwin M&E Ltd, Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Engineers, require a larger site to accommodate the additional capacity for office, research and development and storage space.
The new facility will deliver significant benefits to the town, give a new lease of life to the prominent town centre site and provide increased capacity for Irwin M&E Ltd to expand.
